As per our July tradition, we hit up the local fair again recently. It was a struggle to find one free night to go, but we did it. We got really lucky and it turned out to be the perfect evening for it. It rained during dinner (which we ate under a tent), but it was done by the time we finished eating. So it took alot of the heat and humidity out of the air and just made for great weather. The rain also reduced the number of other people at the fair. Not great for fair attendance and revenue, but good for us :-)
