Cannot believe our little peanut is over 2 months old already. We just went to the doctor this morning for our 2 month checkup. She is off the chart for size. That's right, I have a small baby :-) She is 8 lbs 1 oz and measures 21.25" (although I think she is longer than that). But she is doing fantastic. She rolls completely to her side and is super active and alert. The doctor had zero concerns about her size. He actually talked quite a bit about her activity level and development and how she acted like a 5-6 month old. The doctor also always mentions that she acts like a boy......not really sure how to take that? I guess it has to do with her activity and motions. She performed well for the doc though. She kept turning to follow Greta's voice and she would coo and laugh too. So all those things the nurse/doc ask if the baby is doing, Berit just went ahead and did them on the spot. Greta was a really cute "helper" at the doctor. She kept answering questions for me. Could have been annoying, but I thought it was funny. Berit got all of her 2 month vaccines and did great with them. Hopefully she has a good night and isn't too cranky.

She's so cute! Super impressed that she can roll to the side; can't say the same for Lincoln ;-)
ps - the doctor needs to learn that it's a bit of an odd statement to refer to your daughter as 'acting like a boy'.. but you're probably right about activity and what not.
The rolling thing is crazy. She 's been able to do it since the nurse put her in the warmer right after she was born. Like 10 minutes old.
