Lefse Time

So a random conversation at work about lefse, turned into a lefse making party with a group of coworkers. About half of us are from ND/SD/WI and grew up with lefse and the other half had never even heard of lefse. So we figured we'd try to make it.

These guys did most of the lefse making!

Sam was the most "skilled" with the lefse stick.

Bob and Marv did all the prep work. We hear they even did some trial runs on the recipe.
