This past Saturday we went to a wedding and reception for one of Sam's coworkers. I must say, we had best baby in the world that day. I was so nervous about her making a scene during the ceremony. Sam and I had our exit strategy mapped out in case she started screaming. Sam was going to cover her mouth and run for the door. I just did not want her to ruin the big day. We worried for nothing. She just sat on my lap taking it all in. We must have received a hundred comments at the wedding and reception about how cute she was and how well behaved. The only noise she made during the ceremony was laughter, and I will take that any day.
Congrats to Matt and Melissa. The wedding was beautiful. We hope you had a wonderful day that you will remember forever!

I just have to tell you - I laughed out loud envisioning your 'exit strategy'...Sam running for the door with a hand clamped over Greta's scream and you just sitting like you don't realize anything is going on. My Dad took Mike, age 2ish, out of church once and he kept repeating, rather loudly, "Don't hit me Dad, please don't hit me." Pretty sure he got that spank aka hit when they hit the doors.:) Greta's such a doll! Sarah
